The bolt and pipe flange you show is for the oil return, not the oil outlet. Try running a tap down them (M8x1.25) and seeing if new bolts will take torque. It's only 13 Nm for those bolts. Threads strip due to over-tightening, a perennial pastime of poor mechanics. If the tap does not work, you'll need to drill, tap and put a thread insert (aka Helicoil) in. Not difficult in itself, but you may have access issues.

ta mate, we chased it down, cleaned the gasket plate, bolted it up gentle, minor leak, gaskets crushed, new gasket coming.
