Turbo Balancing

Can anyone recommend a shop that can core balance a rebuilt CT26 turbo? Hoping to find something on the island, if not, I will ship to Vancouver. I have tried calling Action injection in Nanaimo a couple times, but they don't seem to answer the phone.

Pretty sure Loyd at Action is not tooled up for that type of work, I think Vancouver is the only place to get that type of work done.
