I finally scored on a 4-wheel pop-up camper for my Tundra so I need to sell my snug top. I am going to list it for $400.00 on CL - but will sell to anyone on this forum for $300.00 Here is a link to the post in the SD section. https://forum.ih8mud.com/ca-san-diego-cruisers/359756-tundra-snug-top-shell-sale.html#post5930350

And here is what I drove 12 hours for yesterday:D

Nice pop up! That would have my Tundra squatting real bad in the back with my Deavers.

Need a shell for yours?

The camper only weighs in around 700 lbs empty. I already had installed airbags for hauling my XR off a hitch rack so I was able to adjust ride height by adding a few pounds.

The truck ran smooth with the load and I was able to cruise comfortably at 70-75 all the way home from Phoenix.

So since the rats and squirles have rendered my RV in operative in 4 weeks of storage I can stay with you on the next camp trip. until I can get it fixed.:bounce2:

So the big honkin wild animal picture on the back didnt scare the critters away?

And- what did I tell you about RV's - they end up costing more sitting still -than on the road.

Tip for next time- go to costco and buy a big box of bounce fabric softeners - wad them up and place them in all the cubbies drawers, and in the storage bins. Tie strings to them and hang them in the engine comopartment- but leave yourself a note to remove before driving. If you change them out every couple of months your rig will smell great and that keeps the critters out.

It works

Got the same tip on line about the dryer sheets, alos put moth balls in baskets, and spinkled cayan pepper around it. Well see how it does since it will be a couple of months until I get it fixed and back on the road.
