Trunnion bearing replacement

Can the trunnion bearings be replaced from the outside. i.e. without taking the whole knuckle/front end apart?

I understand the bearing races cannot be replaced that way, but I am just asking about replacing the bearings alone.

Not that I was ever aware of.

The knuckle has to come off. I wouldn't change the bearing without also changing the race, life would be short.
