I just got my 2020 LX570 back from the collision center after being rear ended and remote start isn't working. At first I thought it was the wonderfully designed app being itself, but this morning I realized I also can't trigger it from the key fob. The car flashes the lights once and does nothing. The app originally said the request could not be completed, now it says it can't do that because a request is pending.
It otherwise seems to act completely normal - no error lights, doesn't seem to think any doors are open. Lock / Unlock works normal. I also get notifications in the app if doors are unlocked. As I understand "valet mode" that should show up in the app if it is active, and it doesn't, so I don't think that's the issue.
It's a bit of a pain to drop it off at the shop again, so I'm wondering if there's any troubleshooting I can do myself first? I have a Carista if that will pull more info, I've just let the subscription lapse for now.
