that seal is steel and it on there goodNever did one either. Maybe the big thick washer/seal is a nut. The pic 45700 seal looks like it had flats and the shaft on the other side looks like a taper with splines. Maybe try an pry off a cover on the front thick washer/seal unit to reveal some wrench flats - no joy; then maybe a pipe wrench. Could be lefty tightly.
no luck with double nut, vice grips, wd40. just the grinder but i dont want to ruin that sealDouble nut, if no joy…. Vice Grips, if no joy…. Grinder…..
And penetrating oil……lots of penetrating oil….
