Trouble posting pics

I have trouble uploading pics, I think I fixed it, so here goes.

Tell me how you did it. I am sitting here trying to find out what I am doing wrong. goes to 98% every time then error out.
When I go to look at guide it just gives me a blank page now

really. I will go ask a few more questions on a few new posts. I need to know plenty but usually am able to find it here without duplicate questions. O well. Thanks for the information.

You can attach photos with your first post. No limits there.

Disable Flash uploads, see it if works then. Ongoing issue with some systems.
