Trimmer accessories

Anyone use these? Which one and how do they work in heavy grass and brush?

I have used both of the first 2 pictured and both work well in heavy grass and brush.

The 3rd is more for brush including small saplings which I just prefer to use my saw on.

They make the rpm's on my machines go crazy. I stick with twine, usually really heavy stuff.
