TRD Boost Gauge?

Yeah, pretty much any boost gauge will work it's just a matter of plumbing it to the intake manifold in order to measure the pressure inside the intake - either vacuum or boost.


Here's the black face version....not cheap compared to other options from e-gauge, etc.

I wonder if Cruiserdan can get them - they're TRD...

The reason I'm after that one is because it covers the right range for TRD superchargers. The speedshop gauges all seem to cover crazy ranges with one exception - and it's more expensive than the TRD.

It IS electric with the sender though - so I'm giving it a bit of consideration.

The TRD one seems fitting by comparison to the 60psi boost gauges I'm seeing elsewhere - which makes for a rather static dial.

well, cheap...I mean frugal people might be ok with the VDO one here

and AEM and Auto-Meter both make ones that are 0-15 psi, which I think is good for the S/C.

I bought mine from CDan several years ago. Works great and was a very, very simple install. You will need to purchase the right pillar pod from Autometer. Single one is directly designed for our rigs, and the dual version (for an Acura) which has to be modified. A member from OZ is also working on a two and three pod for the 80s, but is not yet ready for prime-time. Search will bring results on this one.

I'm still waiting for Mudplugger to get his three gauge pod together, but it's been 6 months since he last put his prototype together and we haven't heard back. I'm going to be installing my supercharger kit this winter and I think I'm going to go with the autometer 2 gauge acura pod.
