Transmission wear question

I'm not sure that's a meaningful question with a useful answer. The ECT feature is a validated stock function that has been tested thoroughly. The transmission in either mode will likely last longer than most users will keep the vehicle. It is a Land Cruiser after all.

Use whatever mode feels best to you.
