Most frustrating situation I have. We installed my h55f in my 60 with new clutch, throw out, pilot, and resurfaced flywheel. The clutch seems to be disengaging but the truck will move if I try to start it in gear clutch depressed.

I have adjusted out all slop and no air in the system.

Unless someone has any ideas I am going to have it towed to a shop. Any recommendations near Escondido?

Poway Transmission did a great job on my A440.

I forget the owners name but won my heart as he was able to identify my transmission type from 50 feet away setting in the back of my truck. I had pulled it and reinstalled myself. They rebuilt and once I had it put back together month later they checked it out to make sure it was working right.

Is the master leaking a bit... If you depress the clutch and hold it while you start the truck (with room to move) does the clutch feel like it stays at the same engagement or does it eventually feel like it lost pressure? If you pump, will it disengage?

My first thought is a leaky master that can't handle the healthy throw out pressure of the new pressure plate or a misadjusted slave rod.

The videos I was trying to post didn't come through so I need to figure out how to post them. They show the clutch actuator moving as well as the pressure plate moving and releasing the clutch disk. Note that the clutch master and slave are new, zero leaks.

Oh damn, I think I know what it is. I think the clutch disk is in backwards. Schett.

Ah yes. Need to fix that.

Flipped clutch disk, runs!
