Hello everybody, I have a 2014 GX460 with about 100k miles. The radiator has just started leaking so I have decided it is the perfect time to install a new one as well as a transmission cooler. I have chosen a CSF radiator and a Hayden 698 transmission cooler with the thermostat. I have already done some research but I still want to confirm a few things. So to my knowledge there is a thermostat already built in that if before the radiator which will helps the fluid heat up to operating temperature and the Hayden 698 will be installed on the return line which goes back into the transmission, because of this I would assume there is no need to pin the factory thermostat as it will heat up the fluid as needed until the operating temperature and the Hayden 698 will cool it down as a secondary cooler if the radiator lets the fluid get too hot under certain circumstances correct? Also I have bought a magnefine inline transmission fluid filter, will the installation of it be beneficial?
