Transmission acting up

I had a timing belt and a transmission drain / fill done last week at a nearby Lexus dealership. No issues beforehand. The vehicle is new to me and I figured it’d be good to get some new Toyota WS in there. It was fine on the hour drive home from the dealership and for the next few days, but now it doesn’t seem to shift from 3rd to 4th when warm. Any advice?

Take it back. Perhaps they didn't set the transmission fluid level correctly.
