sorry, i tried searching the forums, but i didn't get much. who out there can tell me what kinda angles the transfer case should or could be mounted at. should i be looking to get it installed so both output shafts are as flat as possible? do you install so that the rear output is as close to strait line to the rear pinion, pointing down? if you point it down twards the rear axle, the front output would be angled up, is that ok?
i've heard of folks droppping the t-case down to get the rear angle better, but it would seem that you'd be setting up the front driveshaft for binding at the first u-joint. can you set the rear lower and use a double cardan joint at the front output shaft ? what should a fella do here? thanks in advance.
