trans needed

i have a sbc 350 in my cruiser. i have the A/A adapter to the stock four speed. i have been wanting an auto trans for a while and now i broke my clutch so now is the time. what kind of trans do you guys recomend? i am hoping to find one at a junk yard so what stock trans if best? and what will it take to connect the stock transfer or do i even want ot keep that?

why not try a turbo 700 then you get a .75 overdrive.Sorry [automatic]
