hiya guys, just greased my chassis and u jounts, got a clunk in the tranny upon decelaration, is this ok, happend while in drive, let off the gas and KLUNK, 1994 unlocked stock white montana backroad dirt cruiser with glock stickers, thanks:beer::flipoff2:

How much grease did you put in the splines/slip yoke. If you grease an 80 shaft like a domestic it creates a hydraulic plug that puts pressure on the transfer case.

I'm not the expert that others on here are, a search will explain this better.

Sounds normal to me. I get that clunk all the time.

x2 on greasing the slip yoke. The best way to grease it is to take apart the D/S and grease the splines by hand. Or, just don't squeeze so much grease into it.
