tranfer case remove

I 'am trying to get my 77 four speed transfercase off. I removed three bolts on the out side and the nut under the cover. it does not want to be freed from the transmission. is there a bolt i'am missing? I made a puller but it still does not want to let go. any help would be great.

found two bolts under the driver side cover on the transfer case. still had use the home made puller though.
