trailer hitch question

Hey guys,
I want to install a trailer hitch on my mercedes 300sd in order to pull a small trailer for longer trips. U-haul will custom make them for ca $300. Does anyone know of a less expensive way?

I'd go to a trailer shop and get them to mount a hitch. Depending on what you are hauling on the small trailer, they should have a basic, light duty hitch that will attach to the frame.
