Trailer electrical hook up replacement

I busted this off on the trail last week. What part number do i need to order? Finding conflicting information online.

Did you ever figure out the part number? I'm struggling to find it as well for my '06.

I learned i would have to replace the entire wiring harness and that’s not happening. A universal one you wire up yourself is the way to go, but i have not done that yet
