Trailer brakes

Hi all, I'm looking to replace electric brakes on my trailer but I have never seen this kind of brakes before. Anyone out there can tell me what brand and what these are called and most important, where can I buy new ones. They are 12" and 2" wide. Thanks in advance for you help

Price the parts you need then compare the total to what a similarly spec-ed complete new Dexter axle costs. You might find it's cheaper just to replace the axle. I know that was the case with retrofitting the axle on our M101 CDN to change it from a parking brake-only to electric w/ parking brake. Didn't make sense to rebuild when buying new would be cheaper or virtually the same cost.
