yea, but Dan, you know how to drive around big rocks, right? you don't have to drive *over * them...! The Norcal guys are still struggling with that concept.... :D

Ouch, Eric-You're going to have to put up or shut up on that one. You've had your 80 off the pavement how many times?

Doug, PM me an addy and I can send you 2 or 3 of those exhaust mounts that are new or nearly new. I got them when I put on the Hanna sliders and now the 3" exhaust doesn't use any of them so they're sitting on the work bench. I also have the entire last section of exhaust from the muffler back in pretty good shape too if you need that. Help me clean my garage!

Tough trip, Doug!

As far as the receiver/dryer goes, several very good observations by our forum friends. The $70 quote is pretty spot on. (My background is automotive purchasing, so I can tell you the bad news about how much an OEM pays for one of these...$5-7 each!) So, the interesting concept here, for all you daring and unafraid buckaroos....to actually put the damn receiver/dryer back on!!! Why? Cuz systems don't let stuff out, nor in, like they used to. I had a supplier running an a/c system without the can. Thus, obsoleting not only the can, but ALSO, the Slee Can Skidplate. You can have a jumper tube cranked out, as long as the thing seals, and bingo. Good to go. Why? Cuz they evacuate the entire system, so there should be no moisture within, when they recharge with oil and R-134a. Your call. (And right you are 'bout using the a/c all time. Never realize how used we become to all these modern conveniences!)

Good luck on the a/c front, as well as the electrical, exhaust, and the elevation of your beast!

Brother Rob's truck had a leak in the drier when he got it, we replaced it with an after-market one because it's 1.5" shorter and carefully bent the lines for another 1.5" it's way tucked up and the new drier was only $10.

Doug 6", yep go for 6".
Cheers,
Sean
