I am looking for someone to help us trademark a Domain name. I am in Southern California I am new at this so any advice or help will be greatly appreciated. I have done some research and there are attorneys in my area I thought maybe a Cruiser Brother would be an option. And if I am going to pay someone I would like to see it go to someone here on MUD Thanks Guys

Trademark a domain name? So you already owne the domain and you want to register it as a trademark of your web business?

I have a electrical engineer friend in MD who is/was also patent/trademark intellectual property attorney. I know he was licensed in WV but has relocated to MD in recent years, not sure if he bothered to retake the bar exam there or not, or maybe just consults these days.
