This doesnt give me great confidence that I'm going to like my 850/863 combo with no weight in the back...bummer

I have some weight with the 4x4labs rear + 315 tire and the 860's are ideal for me. I still had to add spacers up front to level things out. After 2ys they really have'nt sagged much maybe 1/4", the front's 1/2"+

It's actually not bad at all, just a tad firm and stinkbug. Once I put a couple of spares and some cargo back there, it's great. But 95% of the time it's unloaded, so...
If I dont find someone with the right trade, I'll just leave them there. I want to see what the 860s feel like. Maybe I wont like them after all.
I wonder why the front would've sagged so much more than the rear? You have the 850's up front? Too much weight on them? Any ideas?
Do you have any armor? How much lift did you gain over your stock height when you put the 850/863's in? Curious since a lot of people are telling me to expect 3.5"+ without any armor.
It could be because the 850s have a smaller diameter bar than the 860s.

No armor, but I have a toolbox in the back, but no 3rd row sets, so it's about the same weight as factory.
3.5" sounds about right. I was suprised how much lift I actually got. I really only want ~2" or so.
Once I fill it up with gear, it works great. Night and day difference vs. stock. Very happy with it, but I don't run loaded very much. If it wasn't my DD, I wouldn't touch it.

I have a set of 860s that I pulled off a couple of weeks ago. They were on the truck for about a year and a half though.
I am actually going to put the whole set up for sale (851s/860s). They were on a truck used mostly for commuting and camping.
Let me know if you're interested. Otherwise, I'm going to post them up in the for sale section when I get some time.
(Sorry, I was reading too fast and missed the new or almost new part.)
Maybe someone else local will want them.
