I just did an axle swap on my D2 to FZJ80 axles, there is a thread in the 80 forum if you are interested. I got a sweet deal on the rear axles with an eLocker, however Im not too sure I want to run it. The motor is working, and it is a stock diff with 4.10 gears. I will be thrashing the truck once its done, and want to get HD shafts and run 37s. Im thinking I would rather just have an automatic / always on locker.
If you want to trade your complete rear 3rd member, with 4.10gears, and a Aussie Locker or Detroit in it for my eLocker 3rd, let me know. I will also swap axle shafts for free, i believe it is the pass side axle shaft we need to exchange, because you need the long splined shaft to run the eLocker.
