TPS codes ... and others (1 Viewer)

Hi Everyone, Many of you have probably viewed my post :

1FZE 97 LC power loss _ Please Help​

Well, since I'm still having issues with 1) a bouncing RPM needle on idle from 537 to 650. It doesn't stay steady on the 800 as the manual says it should. With idling in gear it;s steady at 600, 200 lower that manual says. WIth it in park, the needle jumps.
2} I still get the PO401 code which is EGR and I'm not too worried about that one
3} Throwing a P 510 Throttle Position Switch malfunction.
-this is a brand new TPS
- the closed position is 10.6 % ( so hard to get it exact}. Full open is 75%
When I am giving gas, the rig will not accellerate. It seems like the rig has to downshift first before it will engage or ride out to get to the higher fRPM before it kicks in and accelerate. pedal is on the floor and just wont accellerate. So maye the new TPS is bad?

3) I'm also getting P121 throttle / pedal position sensor/ Switch A- circuit Range/ Performance Problem
- Ive read that there could be an ECM problem....
Any suggestions?

Also. Would anyone know the correct ECM for this? Part number. MY searches on Toyota are showing other ECM for brakes and other things. I cannot pinpoint one that controls the TPS and related to this acceleration issue
