Hello, Just wondering about this event. I have not attendended in the past but would like to help out. From the posts it does not appear to be much interest. Does it happen regardless of how many people sign up to come? I would be coming from South of the ATL airport (Newnan) and thought if anyone else was going from south of the city we could meet up and come as a group.

Chris...

Chris, don't bother. They don't like to associate with people from the south side. ;)

Since this might be the first year I haven't had to work when this was going on I will try to make it. Probably on my scoot though.

yep, don't be fooled by the lack of responses. This crowd doesn't web wheel a lot but behind the scenes we're one of the most active wheeling clubs around. Last year we had about 40 rigs and 50-60 ppl. expecting about the same again this year so please bring it!

dude I live in Smyrna and still can't make meetings. If they were further in town it wouldn't be a problem.

no disrespect intended. I'm in north Forysth, roughly 35 miles from the house to the meeting and find a way to make all almost every event...Ga, NC, AL, TN etc... Ben's in Cartersville, guessing 60 miles house to meeting and he make most of them so i guess it's just a matter of timing and priorities.

almost 4 years I've been involved now and we've had meetings in Marietta, Sandy Springs and now Norcross and it's usually the same crowd every time--just sayin.

Back on topic--Tots is a great cause and the GC have done it for years--we always have a good turnout so come on out.

I have had the conversation before and don't care to rehash it. I work near the airport and don't get off work until 6 at night. It is impossible for me to make it up to Norcross in a decent time. Getting to the Brandy house was hard enough. The club has moved away from the group of guys hanging out at a bar to get away from their wives/families/priorities to a family centric group. I don't have any problems with that, but I am not married and don't have kids. I just don't like being to subjected to other's children. I just miss the old days. I will try to swing by Saturday.
