I am helping a friend who is looking for a Toyota SUV unfortunately his budget is only 4000.
Dose anyone know of any thing that is road league in that price range ???? Yes he dose want 4X4

Doubt you'll find a Cruiser in that price range(unless it's trashed) but after some searching, I found a '97 4x4 4Runner in great shape for $3300.
