Hi,
New member here, first post

Can anyone give me any advise on how to remove the Blendor Motor,
on a 1991 VX 80 Series Sahara L/Cruiser. Can i just remove the bottom part of the dash, or is there more to it. The Blendor motor is part of the Climate Control, that mixes the cold and hot air to get the desired temperature.
It is activated by sliding the lever on the climate control unit, from hot to cold.
When i slide it to cold it makes a continuing clicking noise only in the cold mode not the hot.
Thanks VIN

Does the 1991 VX have auto climate control? Im not familiar with early versions of auto AC and don't know if they had the Auto AC amplifier. Maybe it's related to my problem:

Mine was the fresh/recirc door that continually opened and closed when set to recirc.....Its the one above the glove box.
Does your system switch to recirc when you slide the temp to cold? Try switching manually to FRESH (outside) manually and see if the problem persists.
