Not an offline copy, but can you get to epc-data.com? It's based in Russia though so if you're on a network that blocks traffic from there/an ITAR restricted country, you'll need to find a workaround. Depending on how it was blocked it may be as simple as manually setting a DNS server, or requiring a VPN. Their Toyota catalogues are pretty good but they don't seem to have the newest models, or at least, they have a very limited selection of the newest models. Amayama's catalogues seem to be better in that regard.
