M-6 6 to 9 ft-lb
M-8 14 to 21 ft-lb
M-10 28 to 40 ft-lb
M-12 50 to 71 ft-lb
M-14 80 to 140 ft-lb
these are the torque specs as per my haynes Manuel!
as for the gasket i use a little on both sides ( Toyota no. 08826-00100 ). you could just use the gasket by it self.
as for how hard it is to replace the pump. i would say it a walk in the park. i would say it's a 30 minute job! later!
