Hi all,

Some Adam-Henry (Axx Hole, for those of you in Rio Linda,CA), hit me this afternoon, and put a crease in my bumper. I hope my scope on my target rifle is not knocked off, as I leave for Camp Perry next Thursday. Im glad I was not driving the MB.

Anyway, the Ford Escort's radiator was pushed back into the engine compartment, cracked the engine as oil was coming out from the headlights. I told him he is in a world of hurt, as they are probably going to total the car as both airbags deployed.

The real problem is the bastard did not have any insurance, was driving a car with plate not registered to the car, and 3 other people are listed on DMV, and he did not get arrested for no insurance. I told him to come up with 400.00 for a bumper cash on Tuesday. He did get cited for following too close.

So, I am now looking at the heavy duty bumpers front and back. I am ok, no bumps or bruises.

that's what i'm wondering. my luck i'd go to jail or something.

You don't go to jail in Tx. for no insurance. Don't know about anywhere else. A court date is set, you are cited, and have until then to prove/fabricate insurance.

Hey fellas,

I have no clue. The sheriff's dept is a piece of work. I was always under the assumption, that one would go to the clink for not having insurance. BSO could not determine who owned the car per DMV, which shows shoddy title work on someone's part, and the plate was not registered to any vehicle in the State of FL. He was only cited for following too close. WTF! He hit me at 40mph, thats reckless driving in my book. I could have been killed or hurt seriously and this clown would skate paying nothing.

So I hope this A-hole has the money on Tuesday or it will get ugly.

Mark
