Yeah I would not be towing anything that big with 35s. Re gear the diffs, and personally i'd go over what you need to match stock gearing. The high first gear in the auto lets it down for towing.

That's if you are towing it long distances, if it's just to the local boat ramp then you could get away with it.

I know this is old but its worth mentioning that usually towing with OD off is a good idea. I have a tranny temp gauge installed and can watch temp drop by 20-30 degrees with it off. Sure you pay more at the pump, but still cheaper than a tranny.
