Anybody else see it?

Really makes me want to live somewhere that I can get a Diesel Hi-Lux..:steer::steer:

I saw it and was actually surprised at the outcome. I really thought the rough ice would be to the tortoise's favor (don't want to ruin for those that haven't seen it). Great show as usual.

I agree, I was impressed with the beating that the Hi-Lux took. I was also suprised that it was open diff'd. I really thought they would have had some type of traction aiding diff (TAD) installed. Maybe the thought it is better to have the vehicle not dig itself down any worse. It seemed to me though, that there were some instances were some TAD's would have helped a bunch.

With that big of tire on stock axles, might not be a bad idea to go sans a locker in case you get some good grip, or wedge a tire in one of those tight spots they were showing. I would definitely say a good tight l/s in both ends would have helped them a bunch. So would a nice winch and a pull-pal....

That was cool and that Hilux got beat. really cool thing it was deisel and didnt gel up on them at all guess they used av gas mixed in their deisel to keep it from gelling up on them trick to remember
