Tool box latches / clasps

I tried to search for this but didn't find anything concrete. Has anyone come up with a replacement option for these tool box latches? Seems like used ones pop up for sale here periodically but nothing as far as a stained replacement option. I found some cheap Chinese latch options on Amazon but they will require custom locating/holes drilled and likely won't last in the elements. Was hoping someone that has been there and did that could post a part number or manufacturer.

This is the style I found on Amazon that seems very similar. It would be super helpful if someone could post some dimensions: the distance from hole to hole is about 5/8", any idea on clasp arm length/width?. Might be able to match up better that way with out a huge amount of iteration.
