That if you don't mind an uncomfortable (and admittedly unsafe) driving position, you can fit an entire 4'x8' sheet of pegboard inside a Land Cruiser!

I'll also admit that I live 1.5 miles away from the hardware store on side streets, and wouldn't really recommend this approach for driving any significant distance or at higher speeds...

FWIW a 10' length of just about anything 2' wide or less will also fit inside without hitting the windshield.

@Lou Gill not entirely sure what you mean. That sheet of pegboard was in the car for a total of maybe 8 minutes? Load into car at hardware store, 5 minute drive home, unload at home.
