best thing to do would be to sign up for the BOD email list.

meetings are the last thurs of the month...usually last about an hour. as mentioned, have jeff put you on the bodreps list, because they'll put out an agenda, along with the phone number and the passcode to login to the conference call out about a day before the meeting.
