Ladies and Gentlemen:
I was the delegate in the beginnin' ... then got the Secretary gig. Josh done a great job attendin' the monthly conference calls but had limited e-mail access to follow along with the bid'ness issues ... and now the Boy's workin' ev'ry other week so The White Trash done missed the last two meetin's. Therefore and henceforth ... we gotta regroup on this here deal.
We need us a legitimate TLCA Chapter Delegate to represent The White Trash. I'm lookin' for a serious candidate that will follow along with all the TLCA bid'ness issues through the e-mails, contribute constructive ideas/comments to help run TLCA, and attend the phone conference call meetin's. I take this TLCA stuff right seriously and hope can find a delegate to do the same.
Here's the gig:
1) E-mails
Bid'ness conducted via e-mail. Some of 'em are lil' long and wordy ... some are just a few words in reply to somethin'. But ya need access purdy much daily so they don't pile up. Very few days without an e-mail ... some days with 40 or 50. I'd say they average 'round 10 to 15 per day. Ain't no response to 'em necessary but I'm lookin' for somebody that will honestly read the damn thangs ... and comment if so motivated. I read 'em all ... but only chime in once in awhile if'n I got somethin' to say that ain't been said yet.
2) BOD Meetin's
TLCA is run by the Board of Directors (BOD). It's made up of the elected officers and chapter delegates. Generally, on the last Thursday of the month is when the conference call meetin's held ... 8:00 pm central time. They gener'ly last 'tween an hour and an hour and a half and it's a toll free call. Officers and contractors report on their activities and any votin' is done that needs to be done.
Ya'll think on this please and post up if'n ya got any questions or comments. We ain't gotta choose nobody right away ... but let's say within two weeks.
