I'm looking to get a set of four factory 80 wheels with tires from 24370 (about 10 miles off of I-81) to Annapolis, MD. If they can even be muscled up 81 to the Winchester area, I can probably get help from there.

Bump again. Mud member @Serina has some wheels in Saltville that I have purchased. If anyone can get them north up I-81 it would save me 12 hours on the road.
