I read somewhere that the government wants to control the type of tires you can buy here in Ca. So I need tires for my stock GX, I was looking to keep the go rims and put stock tires on it, I was thinking about install BF Goodrich KAO3 tires for it, I will buy 5 of them. It seems that COSTCO and Amerioc's tires are limited in what they offer now. So any thoughts on the best way forward on this?
The last time I bought 4 nice tires my car got stolen. I am thinking about my mom address for the paper work, this car has not been in their shop but I have been shopping theirs for years.

so much BS. gov't says tires have too much grip. Thankfully it hasn't been signed into law...yet.

There's tirerack.com and small tire shops. I'm glad I found a local mom and pop tire shop.

I think it's coincidence your car got stolen when you got new tires but who knows. Was your car parked on the street? Maybe the shiny new tires caught the thief's eyes.

It only ices up a few days a year in here, and this was the last day for the season, the windshield was iced over I started the car, I stood outside until it defrosted and then I remembered I forgot my coffee, so I went back in to get it, I came back out and my car was gone, less than a minute and I live on an interior road on my track, so who knows. They stole the rims and tires off my 2015 Ford Fiesta ST, the tow trucker did all of the damage to the car, it was totaled after that. I do not trust midnight Pick A Part.
