Factory Front Toe specs are
Degrees: 0.24 plus or minus 0.16
Or
Inches: 0.12 plus or minus 0.08"
Not sure what alignment tools you have, but if you only unstewed a tie rod end and put a new one on, you should of either counted the treads on the inner tie rod before removal, or try and see where it was because of road grim left on the exposed inner tie rod.
You still need to set toe, and there are some very easy DIY ways to do that, but if you are just driving 10 miles to an alignment shop, eyeballing them and driving slow is not going to destroy anything.
