Ticking noise in driver footwell

I have a sort of ticking sound coming from the driver side interior area that only occurs when the engine under load and accelerating. It's RPM dependent and gets slightly louder with more load. It almost sounds like a vacuum leak sort of tick/pulse or if there was a very minor exhaust leak. Is there anything in that area that I should check for a leak or issues?

Can't hear anything obvious from the exterior when revving the engine in the driveway so it seems to be isolated to an interior noise.

I’d say a cracked exhaust manifold much less likely especially on a 2020…

Wild you have this issue on a 2020. How many miles are on it?

About 7k. Unfortunately, my truck has been plagued with random noises/rattles.

Man that's crazy about the newer one's, hopefully y'all figure it out. Ours is only 9-10 months old but I am coming up on 20K miles already, I've been stacking them on this summer. No ticking noises that I've noticed so far.
