Thumbs Down Icon in Thread Title

A couple of days ago I posted a question in the '95 Gen Toyota Truck area. When I checked it tonight, there were no replies but I did notice a Thumbs Down icon next to the thread's title. I don't recall putting it there, but maybe I did by mistake. Did somebody else put it there for a reason? I thought my question was legit. Maybe one of the forum admins can remove the icon?

And now I see that this post also has a Thumbs Down icon in front of its title - I sure didn't put it there, and not enough time has passed for somebody else to put it there. What's going on??

Might this have something to do with Firefox? I ask that because after I installed FF is when this problem appeared. Or maybe something to do with script blocking???

BTW, it appears that (on my system, at least) preventing yahooapis.com to run scripts while I'm in this forum also precludes me from inserting Smileys in my posts. (You probably already know this...)
