Thread for FD cable locations and types?

I'm looking for a thread on FD cables for post 69, with the transfer case handle under the dash. It looks like there are two or three different types?

Started 9/67 and only know of one used after that date in the US market.

Well..
Dec/70 is stamped is stamped on the vin plate. The vacuum switch is the later model.
Of the two pictured cables the trashed one is the one I believe I pulled off, the other one is a replacment I ordered. I can't figure out where either of them is supposed to go /facepalm
