Thread Alerts?

Hi all ,newb here. Is there a way to be alerted/emailed when someone has commented on a thread you have started, or commented on a thread you posted in? Is there a way to check this in the user CP?

Do you need to go back to the thread and look through the comments?

Thread Tools > Subscribe - email alerts or just a list in your User CP.
