Thoughts on AISIN transmission fluid (1 Viewer)

I am about to do a full fluid service on my 2003 Gx 470 ( I got that dipstick, so good for me), I ordered AISIN ATF0T4 which is type T-IV. I heard that AISIN manufactures many OEM toyota parts, so thought that trany fluid is no different. Any experience with this fluid?

No experience with the Aisin transmission fluid. I had mine flushed with the Valvoline Maxlife ATF full synthetic.

i wonder what others use?

Does the 2003 GX call for T-IV? I have a 2006 and it called for WS, even states "ws" on the transmission fill plug. Maybe check yours too. The T-IV is the older version and WS is the newer updated version.
