Drawer Latches???

Very nice Charles! Are those latches push to close and who make them? I have started building my own drawer storage and I haven't decided on latches yet. Those look nice.

Thanks,
Derrick

Yeah they are push to close (slam latches) I can source them for you. They are southco. I also have some other great southco latches that I can get you a realy good deal on. they are like this but powdered black

Laches

Okay, it looks like those latches are the Southco M1-43, but the max panel thickness is .675" and my drawer fronts are 3/4" birch ply. What is the thickness of your drawer fronts? And, can I just router the area to receive the latch to a .675" thickness if I chose to use those? My other option is the non locking M1-64 with a max panel thickness of .875".

PM'd about these in black.

Nice job Charles......

If you're a rattle freak (I am), check your latch choices in advance as it may impact what you choose. In my experience, some are more prone to having some 'shake' and may not be 100% rattle free when closed.
