Will the Hanna bring the rear that much further down? If you have the heavies at the rear, it must be at least 200 kg they say, the hanna is probably around 175 pounds. Other than that, looks great.

The Hanna sliders weigh about 140 lbs more than the running boards. And the weight is not all "on the rear".

My driveway slopes a little to the rear...OME Heavies, Hanna sliders, ARB (no winch), 20mm of packers in the front.

Edit: well, that pic is worthless....and 295 BFG...

Oh, I was talking about the rear bumper only, but add the spare and that's another 85 pounds?
Of course sliders put weight in the middle and not jsut at the rear.

Nice looking rig!

 When you said Hanna, my brain said sliders....sorry!

tarbe,

nice ride and I like the Hanna sliders. With the slider installed, can you install the front mud flaps without modifying or cutting on them?

I don't know. I have not sprung for the mud flaps. The running board caps went back on, but they were sorely stretched to get over the tube. I ended up cutting out a section on the top side of the cap to let the tube bust through.

Once it cools off below 95 degrees (which would make it under 120 in my garage) I might try to work on a more permanent and esthetic solution...may break down and buy OEM mudflaps once I am convinced they will go on (I think someone has installed the OEM flaps with Hanna sliders).

I may have to break down and do a search

I'm running the exact set up you describe except that I've got Rancho 9000's on setting 6 of 9 (33's = 285's right?). When I replaced the OEM springs with the medium duty, no lift OME spring combination the truck sat about 3/4" higher. I attribute that increase to sag from the original springs. I also have the Airlift bags in the rear coils for towing purposes, but truck height is not affected by the bags.

I've done some mild trail wheeling b4 the Hanna sliders and didn't have any problems. Being new to it, maybe others can rate Millers Jeep trail. For what you describe, the setup you want should be just fine. I know Doug and others disagree, but it's your rig and if you like the stock height, go for it.

So how high is it now with the kaymar ? I am still waiting to see pics of that setup, please post them if you have any with all your equipment on.

Thanks, I might go back to my original idea...

My experience is that you get a better ride from the front suspension w/ a little bit of lift, probably because you're not hitting the bump stops as often.

Didn't take any measurements.

Regarding pics - Search my friend on Kaymar. I posted plenty of pics. :D
