Third Row Seats - Store or Dump ?

Is there a good cheap way to protect the seats while in storage? Is rodent damage a concern?

Maybe use a pulley system and suspend them from the ceiling. I have mine up high on a wire shelf, but mice did get into an older set I had a few years ago. They were not up as high as they are now.
