Okay, so here's the deal.
There is a mudder that wants to buy the Blotch rig, however, for me to be able to build the 40 there are some MAJOR components that I need from it (diffs, lockers, rims/ tires, hy steer, axels complete end to end and t case).
The mudder is willing to let me have some of these items. However, Ill still need to find complete axles and a t case.
Mike has a 60 that he is selling that is semi parted, but is rolling that has the main items that I need.
I could get the 60 into my garage and pull the sh!t I need, but how do I get it out?
PnP wont take a rig without a title which Mike's doesnt. Id like to take the 60 off Mikes hands, but the overall logisitics of this makes it really difficult.

Can anyone offer any suggestions on how to do this?

Get it in the garage, pull what you need except the axles, put it on the trailer, yank out the axles, set it on trailer bed, take it to one of the smaller junkyards(like Little John's in Carson City), have them pick it up with the forklift...done deal! Them cats won't shy away from no title!!!
