Thinkiing of buying a FJ, how do you like yours??

Pros were covered pretty nicely. I love my truck! But... Here are my cons (short list):

1. No front map light
2. No light in the ignition switch
3. Visors do not cover but about 50% of window length and do not pull out
4. Wind buffeting is weird with front windows down (I think if the rear ones lowered this would be fixed)
5. Would have liked a few more power plugs (DC (lighter style) and AC)

Also, I would love to see a heavier duty alternator and dual battery option (Winter package or whatever).

Excellent out-of-the-box off-road machine.

Ok. I think that is a goofy question to ask on this forum. But, It is awsome!

I guess the real question should be does it work for you. This vehicle is built great. Looks fun. Drive great. Off roads excellent.

Is that all you require. If you need to hall mass loads or big families maybe you should take all the kids for a test drive to see how you fit.

They've grown on me a lot. I don't think I could afford one, but I can dream. Why would would I want to shed the room and comfort of my regular cab Ford beater?
